Penn State Football: The Nittany Lions were coached by Joe Paterno in 1966 and had a 5-5 record. The quarterback on the team at the time was Tom Sherman, after college he went on to play for Cincinnati Bengals, Boston Patriots, and Buffalo Bills.
Penn State Tuition: Students paid around $689 in tuition and fees per semester as a full-time student. I’ll bet that stings for you 2010s grads…
